With no annual maximums, no deductibles, and no claims forms, you can enjoy comprehensive benefits, a healthy smile, and peace of mind all year round.
Plan Options
White Plan
- For New Patients (Individual Plan)
- Adult: $385 per year
- Child: $335 per year
Silver Plan
- For Established Patients (Individual Plan)
- Adult: $350 per year
- Child: $300 per year
Gold Plan
- New Patients (Family of 4)
- Family: $1,300 per year
- Additional Child Under Age 12: $180 per year
- Additional Child Age 12+: $230 per year
Platinum Plan
- Established Patients (Family of 4)
- Family: $1,150 per year
- Additional Child Under Age 12: $150 per year
- Additional Child Age 12+: $200 per year
All plans have a 12-month term length.

Our in-house savings plan includes:
Preventive Care
- Two dental cleanings
- Two regular comprehensive exams
- X-Rays
- Periodontal maintenance (scaling and root planing), at the value of standard cleanings
- 15% off additional cleanings
Restorative Care
- 15% off basic restorative treatments
- 10% off major restorative treatments
- 10% off dental prostheses
- 10% off orthodontics
Emergency & Other Care
- Two limited exams
- Additional X-rays
- Fluoride treatments
- Oral cancer screening
Plans do not include cosmetic dental services or take-home kits.
